Hello friends! 😊 Join the Nature Society Singapore (NSS) this Sunday, 5 June 2022, also World Environment Day, for a leisure paddle along Sungei Jelutong (Pulau Ubin) in support of Pesta Ubin, an annual event to celebrate the biodiversity & heritage of Pulau Ubin.
As one of the most interesting mangrove rivers in Singapore, Sungei Jelutong is a gem in the heart of rustic Pulau Ubin.
Come, join us for a leisurely 1-hour guided self-paddle where volunteer nature guides from the Nature Society (Singapore) will share interesting facts on the flora and fauna along the river and also the importance of our coastal mangrove forests, the works going on in project R.U.M. (Restore Ubin Mangroves) Initiative and why the needs to conserve our mangroves.
